- This Tree’s Origin -
This Bigleaf Maple tree grew art a residence in Mohawk, OR. The spalting and burls that we find so attractive are the visible changes due to a fungal attack which is part of the tree’s natural decay process. It was removed by the owner because of this decay and revitalized into this beautiful characteristic dining table.
